Commnection Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Commnection, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Commnection. By creating an account, you represent that the information you provide is accurate.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password and for all activity under your account.

Community Invitations

Access to communities may require an invitation from a community administrator. Community administrators control membership within their own communities.

Acceptable Use

Users may not:

• Harass others
• Upload illegal or infringing content
• Distribute malware or spam
• Impersonate others
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Interfere with platform operations
• Reverse engineer the platform
• Violate applicable laws

Community Responsibility

Community hosts and moderators are responsible for managing their communities, membership, and community expectations.

User Content

Users retain ownership of content they upload and are solely responsible for ensuring they have the right to post or share it.

Shared Memories

Commnection allows members to preserve photos, videos, documents, and other memories within private communities. Community administrators may manage or remove content within their communities.

Third-Party Integrations

Communities may connect supported third-party services such as Google Drive or Dropbox. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Intellectual Property

The Commnection name, logo, branding, software, design, and original content are the property of Commnection and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

Content Removal

Commnection reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms or creates legal, security, or operational risks.

Service Availability

Commnection is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for reliable service, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

Termination

Users may close their accounts at any time. Commnection may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or threaten platform security.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Commnection shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Commnection after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
