Commnection is a private community platform that helps families, friends, organizations, churches, neighborhoods, clubs, and other groups stay connected through communication, collaboration, event planning, member engagement, and Shared Memories.

We may collect your name, email address, mobile phone number, community membership information, profile information, and content you voluntarily upload, including photos, videos, documents, comments, chats, Shared Memories, and other information you choose to provide.

Information Automatically Collected

We may automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, login activity, pages visited, and diagnostic information to improve platform performance, security, and reliability.

How We Use Information

We use information to create and manage accounts, authenticate community access, provide platform features, send notifications, improve functionality, maintain security, and support customer service.

Community Administrators

Community administrators may have access to member information, shared content, events, and communications within their own communities to manage participation and community activities.

Shared Memories

Photos, videos, documents, and other Shared Memories are visible only to authorized members of the community in which they are shared unless otherwise configured by the community administrator.

External Storage

Communities may optionally connect external storage providers such as Google Drive, Dropbox, or other supported services. Files stored through these services remain under the control of the connected account owner. Commnection does not claim ownership of those files.

SMS Communications

If you provide consent, Commnection may send SMS notifications related to invitations, community updates, reminders, RSVP updates, and account notifications. SMS consent is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Cookies

Commnection may use cookies and similar technologies to maintain secure sessions, remember preferences, and improve the user experience.

Data Sharing

Commnection does not sell personal information. Information is shared only with trusted service providers necessary to operate the platform or when required by law.

User Content
